BIG SYSTEM UPDATE AT LUNDINāS AUTO SPA EXPRESS! šāØ
Weāve made a major update to our booking and customer system to make scheduling, estimates, reminders, payments, and communication easier and more organized for everyone.
Our updated online booking system is now live! You can view services, choose your vehicle size, select available options, and submit your booking request online.
Weāve also added a Voice Booking option. If you prefer not to fill out the form, you can use the voice booking link, press the button, and follow the prompts to request an appointment.
And as always, calling us or stopping by the shop are still absolutely ways to book. We know not everyone wants to do everything online, and weāre always happy to help personally.
A few important updates:
* GOOD NEWS- We have not raised our regular detailing prices and donāt plan on it! :)
* We have added new coating options, giving customers a range from more affordable protection all the way up to our top-of-the-line coating options.
* Automated appointment reminders, estimates, service authorizations, payment confirmations, invoices, and other important system notices are now sent by email only.
* We are not using automated SMS/text messaging. Any text message you receive from Lundinās Auto Spa Express will come personally from us.
* Customers will now receive important service information and a Customer Agreement & Service Authorization electronically so services, pricing, policies, and vehicle-condition information are clear before work begins.
* Customers will also have access to a Customer Hub where you can view appointment information, estimates, invoices, and other account details in one place.
š Gift Cards/ (āDetailing Savings Accountā)
Gift cards are still available, and we will now allow multiple gift cards to be combined toward one service.
That means you can treat them almost like your own Detailing Savings Account. Buy a $50 or $100 gift card whenever you have a little extra money, keep building your balance over time, and then combine them when youāre ready for a Full Detail, coating, or another larger service.
Itās an easy way to plan ahead without having to come up with the entire amount at once.

ā° Need an Appointment Sooner?
We will continue to offer our waitlist at no additional charge for customers who would like an earlier opening if a cancellation becomes available.
Weāve also added a Priority / Squeeze-In Appointment option for customers who donāt want to wait for the next regular opening. For an additional charge, we may be able to fit your vehicle into our schedule sooner, including priority or after-hours availability when possible.
The priority option is completely optional ā if youāre flexible, our regular waitlist will still be available at no extra cost.

Referral rewards for customers who send friends and family our way, along with more convenient customer account and online service features.
Weāve put a lot of time into making this system easier, more professional, and more convenient for our customers, but we also know no system is perfect.
