Going forward, a $100 deposit will be required to secure an appointment.
Unfortunately, I’ve had an increasing number of last minute cancellations and appointments where deposits were never completed. When I reserve a date for a vehicle, I’m turning away other customers and planning my schedule around that appointment.
Because of this, I can no longer hold dates without a deposit.
If a $100 deposit has not been paid, the appointment is not booked and the date will remain available to other customers.
Deposits are applied toward the total cost of your service. If we discuss a date and you decide not to submit the deposit, no problem at all, I simply won’t reserve the date.
I also want to clarify my policy regarding promotional pricing. If you book an appointment at a discounted promotional rate and fail to show up or cancel without proper notice, that promotional pricing will no longer be available to you. Should you choose to schedule again in the future, the service will be booked at my regular price.
I completely understand that legitimate emergencies happen, and I’ll always do my best to work with someone when they do. This policy is simply intended to prevent dates from being held for appointments that were never firmly committed to.
As a small business, a cancelled appointment can mean losing an entire day of scheduled income, especially when another customer could have taken that date.
Thank you for understanding and respecting my time and schedule.
