Skidmark Garage Skidmark Garage is a "no-collar" community DIY motorcycle garage. All are welcome who welcome all. Having a beer. Hanging out. Helping each other work on bikes.

There are no mechanics, only riders that want to work on their own motorcycles. Working on your bike with a bunch of people that are also working on their own bikes. Going for a ride afterward. It's about building our own little culture of tinkering with our old bikes - the camaraderie that is cemented once we overcome a hurdle - and celebrating each tiny victory along the way. Owning and riding a vintage bike necessarily means working on it. Wrenching on that bike in good company is a win/win.

Ever wanted to know what it feels like to take an engine apart? Now's your chance. Join us for an evening in the shop—hands on, no experience necessary, good people guaranteed. This is Motogo the way it's meant to be experienced: in person, sleeves rolled up. BYOB welcome, light bites provided.

Where are my Chicago friends?

Brian Schaffran and the Motogo Cleveland crew are coming to CHICAGO Bringin’ back shop class.

We are collecting Chicagoland area friends, volunteers, future employees, motorcycle enthusiasts, schools, parents, and students to create a groundswell of interest so we can launch a branch of Motogo by Fall of 2027.

Here's how it works:

2️⃣ Set your mileage goal for the season
3️⃣ Share your fundraising page—friends and family can pledge per mile or give a flat donation
4️⃣ Ride and log your miles ANY TIME between now and September 13
5️⃣ Watch the leaderboard as the Motogo community comes together

Here's the plan: registration and riding are open now through September 13. Then, in the first two weeks of September, we're making one final big push—sharing pages, recruiting sponsors, and helping everyone hit their goals before we close.
