Many of you have asked about our previous mechanical service manager, Bill. For those who weren’t already aware, Bill sustained serious injuries in a house fire last spring and has been recovering since. We are pleased to announce Bill will be returning to Shaker Quality! He will be with us on a part-time basis starting in the next couple of weeks!
