Another one from the field 🔧

Front idler swap on a CAT excavator, done right where the machine was working. Broke the track down on-site, disconnected and rigged out the old idler, then got the new one set, aligned, and the track tensioned back up.

Another heavy equipment job complete 💪

This Caterpillar D6T dozer came in with worn rollers and stretched chain links — which can cause uneven track wear and noisy operation. Left too long, it can even lead to premature failure of other undercarriage parts.

We replaced all the rollers and chain links on both sides, giving this dozer a solid foundation to keep pushing dirt for thousands more hours.

🚛🔧 Trailer Suspension Repair 🔧🚛

We recently had a lowboy trailer come into the shop with badly worn suspension bushings. These pivot bushings are what keep the suspension arms properly aligned and allow smooth movement while carrying heavy loads.

As you can see in the photos, the old bushings were completely torn apart and no longer doing their job. We replaced both bushings on one axle and also replaced three of the trailer airbags to restore the trailer’s stability, safety, and ride quality.

Keeping your suspension in good condition is critical for reducing tire wear, preventing frame damage, and making sure your trailer handles the way it should.

🚛💨 On-the-spot service saves the day!

A semi truck and trailer were delivering a load when the airlines between them got tangled and ripped apart. This caused the trailer brakes to lock up, leaving the driver stuck and unable to continue.

Our team was called out for an onsite service, and we were able to replace the airlines and get him back on the road the same day. Fast, reliable service when it matters most!

Keeping the Job Moving

We were called out to a site where a Caterpillar 930H wheel loader was down. A hydraulic hose blew out on the front arm, spraying fluid all over the front windshield—you couldn’t see a thing from the cab.
