And we need someone who takes their craft seriously.
Yacht Armor is looking for a Lead Trainer & Installer to join our team in 📍Largo, FL.
This isn’t a typical install job. You’ll be leading hands-on training for our national network of certified installers, setting the standard for how marine protection film is done and done right.
If you have 3+ years in the marine industry, experience with vinyl wraps or PPF, and the kind of attention to detail that shows in every edge and every finish, we want to hear from you.
🟢 What you’ll do:
✔️ Lead installer training seminars at our facility and on-site nationwide
✔️ Install Yacht Armor MPF on high-end boats and yachts
✔️Build SOPs, mentor junior installers, and uphold our quality standard
✔️ Represent Yacht Armor professionally on every job site
