●Greet and welcome customers as they arrive at the auto shop with a friendly and professional demeanor.

●Excellent customer service skills and organization.

●Manage incoming phone calls and messages.

●Schedule appointments and coordinate with the auto technicians to ensure efficient workflow.

●Maintain an organized and tidy reception area.

●Assist with repair orders, manage insurance paperwork, and provide updates to customers about their vehicle’s repair.

●Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records accurately.

●Manage inventory and place orders as needed. Pick up parts and stock as needed.
