Dunlop Motorcycle Tires is aware of inaccurate information circulating online alleging a recall of the Dunlop D407.



Dunlop confirms that no recall has been issued for the Dunlop D407 tire. The reports appear to originate from unreliable or AI-generated sources that have incorrectly linked unrelated data to our products. Dunlop adheres to all NHTSA regulatory requirements; in the event of an actual recall, formal notification would be issued through official government channels and directly to our dealer network.



Action items for Dealers:

Continue Operations: You may continue to sell, install, and use D407 tires as usual.
Verify Sources: Always refer to nhtsa.gov/recalls or official Dunlop bulletins for safety information.
Customer Assurance: Please share this clarification with any customers who may have concerns.
