The Diamond Standard #3: Always Do The Right Thing.

The easiest repair isn't always the right repair. Neither is the fastest. At Martin's, our job is to make repair decisions based on what your vehicle needs to be repaired properly and safely.

That's why disassembly is such an important part of the repair process. It allows our technicians to look beyond the visible damage, confirm the initial estimate and identify anything that needs further attention.

It also helps us have the necessary conversations with your insurance so we can establish the right repair plan before work begins. Because making the right decisions starts with understanding what the vehicle actually needs.

Doing the right thing isn't situational. It's the standard.

What does taking responsibility for a repair actually look like?

Sometimes it looks like stopping to double-check something. Sometimes it means asking another technician to take a look. And sometimes it means saying, “This isn’t right yet,” and doing something about it.

The customer may never see those moments. But they matter. If something needs attention, we don’t walk past it.

SURVEY SAYS... 🥧

It's National Dessert Day, so we asked the Martin's crew a few very important questions.

What's their favorite dessert? How often do they indulge? And the ultimate debate: homemade or store-bought?

The results are in! Pie took the top spot, although several employees made it very clear that their pie MUST come with ice cream. Apparently, that's non-negotiable.

And cake? Not a single vote. Ouch.
