"I came to the dealership trying to find an exact seating and belt arrangement due to back and rotator cuff problems. I had tried various comparable car companies with no luck. I hadn’t started with Subaru because I had a Legacy and it was aggravating the problems. The salesman took time with me to try to figure out the problem. He did not rush me into buying anything. He helped me figure out that it was not the seat or belt that was the problem. It was actually the electronic seat adjustments which move in relation to each change. I needed a manual seat adjustment. I also needed the seating position of an SUV to have my legs down instead of forward. He helped me figure out all these things!"
