Please share! We are currently looking to hire someone for Team Z to handle social media.
We are looking for a motivated and creative Social Media & Content Creator to help grow our online presence in the automotive performance and manufacturing industries.
This is not a “sit behind a desk all day” position. We want someone who can capture the energy of what we do — race cars, fabrication, machining, welding, new products, shop life, events, installs, customer builds, and everything in between.
The ideal candidate understands social media trends, knows how to create engaging content, and preferably has an interest in cars, racing, fabrication, or performance culture.
Responsibilities
Create photo and video content for social media platforms
Film and edit reels, short-form videos, shop content, and product features
Manage and schedule posts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.
Capture behind-the-scenes content around the shop and at events
Help grow brand engagement and audience reach organically
Work alongside the team to develop marketing ideas and campaigns
Maintain consistent branding and posting schedules
Take product photos and help create promotional material
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with social media content creation
Knowledge of Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, etc.
Basic video editing skills
Experience with Canva, Adobe products, CapCut, or similar software
Strong understanding of current social media trends
Automotive knowledge is a major plus
Photography/videography experience preferred
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Comfortable working in an active shop environment
Bonus Skills (Not Required)
Automotive photography
Graphic design
Experience around race cars or fabrication shops
Drone footage/video editing
Shopify or website experience
