CCF Chariots of Fire Car, Truck & Motorcycle Show 8th Annual COF Car Show, September 10, 2016
Registration starts at 8 a.m. Opening Ceremonies@ 10 a. Admission is Free to the Public!

Every 2nd Saturday in September we have a Classic Car, Truck & Motorcycle show were we have awarded between 45 - 50 trophies. We offer something for the whole family - Silent Auction, Free Bouncy House, Breakfast, Vendors, Free Train Rides, Lunch and the opportunity to vote on your favorite classic.

One of our neighboring church's is having their first car show tomorrow - 09.10.22

CCN Car Show Sept. 10th at the Clare Church of the Nazarene on Grant Avenue. Car, truck, motorcycle, ratrod and vintage campers all on display for your pleasure. Also a Scaled Model show, silent auction, bake sale, lots of vendors, bounce houses, food truck, music (James Dotson), vintage campers camping all weekend. Goody bags to the first 50 registrants and 43 trophies will be awarded. All proceeds got to Joshua's House of Clare.

Registration: 8:00am - 11:00am

FREE Public Admission: 10am - 3:00pm

Silent Auction: 9:00am - 2:00pm

Voting/Judging: 11:00am – 1:00pm

Award Ceremony: 3:00pm

Come join us in an evening of musical performances, combined choirs, a Barber Shop Quartet from the Alma area and some audience participation in congregational singing followed by refreshments and fellowship. We have harvested talent from the following churches: Clare Christ Fellowship, Clare Congregational Church, Clare United Methodist Church, Clare Asembly of God, Farwell United Methodist Church, Zion Lutheran Church of Mt. Pleasant and Evart Nazarene Church. A free will offering will be taken for the Clare County Baby Pantry and a student from CMU who will be the pianist for the evening.

Just a reminder: Last year was our 10th and final car show. We will miss seeing all our friends and their beautiful classics this year!

Chariots of Fire to sign off Sept. 8

Clare Christ Fellowship to hold their last classic car show:

Ten years ago when our church, as well as many business in our area fell on hard times, one of our parishioners, Michael Becker, also a former Clare Police Chief8-31-18 Clare Christ Fellowship to hold last car show and the owner of a 1950 Lincoln suggested we have a classic car show as a fund raiser. Mike and his wife, Shelia were instrumental in chairing a committee to make the Chariots of Fire Car, Truck and Motorcycle Show happen.

This year Clare Christ Fellowship will hold their final “Chariots of Fire Car, Truck and Motor Cycle Show” September 8th, 2018. We would like to thank the Clare, Farwell and Mt Pleasant business communities for their support and help year after year in making this fund raiser a success.

Activities this year consist of: 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM Vehicle registration; 10:00 AM Opening Ceremony; 11:00 AM Lunch starts; 1:30 PM Live Auction begins; 3:00 PM Award Ceremony. There is a “Free” Kid’s Corner consisting of games, a Bouncy House, and Train Ride.
