WEB CONTACT: I had the occasion to stop at this location after a noisedeveloped on my fleet vehicle while travelling down I71. The Mgr Scott Lomboy, got my info and had my van in the shop while he worked on the fleet approval within in a matter of minutes. Once approved I noticed whilewaiting that Scott and his staff displayed some great customer service. They showed true respect and empathy for all the customers they consoulted about their cars, making recomendations and such to the car owners. this level of service is sometimes rare and I hope that Scott and his staff are recognized for it.
