Helps to be capable of many things, and always learn, in this case if your a plumber or a mechanic, you can fix this water pump on this 💩 truck contact corrosion, just like cleaning the points on an old distributor cap, some old schools will know exactly what points are, AND what a distributor cap is 😁

A mag drill comes in handy, more then ever when drilling 3/4 inch holes through one inch plate, getting this customer a hitch on their dump truck for their trailer, so they have more options to move it. And as per installation, bolts torque to spec, and indication lines for easy assessment of any fasteners, if they are to come loose. Always remember the sticker that will definitely stay on for life (not haha)

Denvers 6th pump truck, ready for its first run to be tested out in the field! (Dont make fun of it missing a fuel cap, needed for another truck and one has been ordered)

A lot goes on behind the scenes, as we diagnose and find the issue, going on sounds and feel, to then tear down and see the obvious issue, fight to source parts readily available, build back the differential, set back lash, get everything back together, and test drive and recheck, all in the quickest time possible. Nobody wants anything in their fleets down for a long period of time, nor do we. Down time means less money and that's what we try to do is our best at keeping our customers up and running! 💪

Full cylinder packing rebuild. Teardown and replacement of the packing due to age and internal wear, claws on the this grapple bucket were seeping down, and needed replaced.
Got them repacked and tested for leaks, and holds stronger and better then when the customer originally bought it! Providing the services to keep our clients moving!

A pleasure to always play with the Big toys!
Had to help a customer get it ready for transport, something they have never done before, helping them un bolt the counterweight to be removed, and be the proper wheight for their low boy and permits. They were excited to learn how to change the hydraulics and unmount the weight and get it off as well as ready for transport. Short but intricate process. Got them going and on the road to head further west with this machine

Another emergency repair job completed ✔️

Got a call that the client needed this Moffitt back up and running asap. The factory welds broke on the machine. We cleaned and beveled the necessary areas, welded the part back in place and got them up and running!
Getting them back on schedule for their deliveries to keep their customers happy!

A lot goes on behind the scene of customer delivers. A lot can go unnoticed and unrecognized on what keeps the process rolling! Don't forget to thank your mechanic!

As well as our normal mechanic and welding work, we occasionally have time to fit in horse trailer repairs. Ranging from minor rust repairs and wiring issues, to replacing boards, cross members and paneling. Below is a minor repair job on loading ramp. Adding additional reflective DOT tape to help make our customers more visible on the roads!

We always thrive for customer satisfaction and willing to go the extra mile to make trailers as safe as possible for such precious cargo!
