I had a small altercation with a local customer, and I want say no names, but a vehicle was damaged and it was handled unprofessionally to the point that it was posted on social media, and I wasn't aware of the situation because I was out of town, but for all my customers and friends who know me, I will never avoid anything that happens at my shop, or in my possession concerning anything that I am responsible for, but to make a long story short I took it to the body shop and took full responsibilities and got it fixed, but for the customer who let it be known that I was not answering my phone, and wasn't taking full responsibility to make it right with her, please post Michael Hook's at Brothers Professional Detailing took full responsibilities and did what she didn't think he would do and fixed her vehicle , but at the end of the day my customers are always right and I will do whatever it takes to make sure I operate and run a good business. And may God bless the good and the bad decisions that we have deal with in our lives, from the human body.
