The guys found a customers expansion valve leaking in behind the dash of a Ram 3500, the customer had previously had the dash removed and replaced the air and heat assembly, upon repair the bolts that hold the expansion valve were barely engaging in the evaporator and had stripped out, we cleaned the threads got the proper hardware and the customers truck has ac again, no it doesn’t need it now but in a few months it’ll be worth it!

2018 taco v6, customer states oil leak. We pulled belt and balancer and found the key way was broke and the crank is now messed up, now waiting for customer if they wanna do a new engine or a crankshaft to replace this one!
