We’re reeling in some exciting posts for this year’s Ice Fishing Derby!
The Lunker of the Day - a $300 prize with bragging rights - is one of the most sought-after prizes of the day —and is sponsored once again by Diesel Dan’s Repairs!

Fun Fact: Last year’s winner, Trevor Yorke, caught a record breaker - with a 7.22 lbs. Large Mouth Bass.

🔹 The Lunker of the Day is its own prize category, separate from all others.
🔹 The biggest fish by weight caught on Derby Day from China Lake wins the cash!
🔹 Eligible species: Largemouth Bass, Smallmouth Bass, Brown Trout, Brook Trout, or Pickerel.

China Lake Ice Fishing Derby tickets are now available for purchase. Prices have not changed. $5 each or 3 for $10! They will be available at many local stores including The China Town Office, Greg's Place, China Variety, Lakeview Lumber, Harvest Time Bait, KC's Auto, and Roddy's Redemption!

Tickets are also available from any member of the China Four Seasons Club or the China Village Volunteer Fire Department.

We are posting raffle prizes on our website and the list is being updated daily.
We can't wait to see you all on the ice!!
