We set goals. We break them. We miss them. I felt bad about this for a minute. 8 plus years in the biz and I finally hit a milestone. A goal. A personal best for me. I've missed by 1. 2. 8. Alot more.
Yesterday Joey came in to check out a Murano. I didn't realize until right before he came in that this could be the one. After he drove it, fell in love and the numbers made sense. We got to finalizing. My words to him.
"Joey congrats on your brand new 26 Nissan Murano! And thank you. You just helped me hit a personal goal. You are my 100th person. I've helped 99 get into vehicles this year. You, sir, are the 100th! So thank you!!"
May not seem like a big deal to most. But to me?

Congrats Audrey and John on your 2026 Nissan Rogue Dark Armor!! They stopped in last night and looked at a Kicks. They came back today and the Rogue was the winner!! Thank you both for an awesome visit and all the laughs!! John I'm wishing nothing but the steadiest of hands and healing with your surgery!! Most days we chase a deal. Then comes a day when it's more than that. It's the couple who trusted in you before for a vehicle. It's the husband and wife who didn't plan on making a change so soon. It's the guys I work with helping out to make this happen. It's fighting back tears and doing everything we can to make sure they have what they need to make life's changes doable.
Tony and Nancy. No words will be enough to thank you for the trust you have in me. Not 8 months ago and not today. My heart broke a little today to hear what you're going thru. But I know you got this!!! It was so so great seeing you both today!!! Talking sports and vacations and foods! I wish nothing but the absolute best for you!! I will be cheering you on and sending the best vibes for healing. Thank you both again so so much!! I'm beyond grateful to have your trust!!! Congrats on your 2026 Nissan Rogue!!

Tears? Crystal texted and said she was ready to upgrade to a newer suv. Little did she know what I had in mind. When she looked at it she said.."Can I even get a new one? I've never had a new one!" Congrats to you Crystal on your NEW 2026 Nissan Rogue Dark Armor!! She said she didn't need to even drive it because she already loved it. I still had her drive it. She loved it! It was so so great meeting all of you guys. Thank you for your loyalty to all of us at Nourse. And girl..YOU DID THIS!!! I'm so glad I got to be a part of it. I told her early on she couldn't cry. Then...she cried. But such happy tears. I'd say I hope the fam got Taco Bell. But I'm staying out of that fight🤣😂
