Yesterday, we had the opportunity to celebrate the face of Brad’s--our amazing General Manager, Brian Merchant--on 40 incredible years with the business! We hosted a small gathering with his family and our work family here at Brad’s to honor this huge milestone.
Brian is truly the glue that holds everything together. He joined Brad’s back in September 1985 and knows this place inside and out. He’s the face of our shop, loved by so many of our customers, and pushes our team every single day to do right by the people who trust us with their cars.
When we talk business decisions, Brian always speaks up for our customers. He takes every customer review to heart (even when he probably shouldn’t!) because he cares so deeply about every experience.
His work ethic is unmatched. Just last year, he missed an anniversary dinner with his wonderful wife, Pam, because he stayed late to make sure a customer had their car back before the weekend. Even when he's on vacation, we sometimes have to remind him not to call the shop to check in, so he can relax!
To all our loyal customers—thank you for your support over the years. If you’ve met Brian, you know how much he loves what he does and how much joy he gets from helping people every day.
