Updating my review (05/22): ended up needed my door replaced after some wind damage was sustained. The guys were great to deal with - they helped with my insurance company, kept me updated throughout the process, completed the work in a timely manner, and everything looks brand new. I will continue to go back to them for work as they are respectful and trustworthy!

Brought my 2017 Ford Escape in to have them look at my driver side door as it wasn’t aligning in the frame anymore. They took a look at it and fixed it on the spot. Super nice guys. Will go back again for future work.

We had a scraped up passenger side door that needed fixing, and Kraftsmen did a fantastic job. We got a quote right away when we first brought the car in, and it was a more than reasonable price. They were flexible with when we could bring it in for service and had it done within the timeframe we agreed upon. The car door came out looking great, and they even cleaned the whole car both inside and out it looks better than it has in years Everyone there was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. As a first time customer with Kraftsmen Auto Body, let's just say "I'll be back". My car was involved in an accident and it was dropped off to KAB several days later. Once KAB assessed the damage to my car, the insurance appraiser was called back out to reassess additional damages that was originally overlooked. The repairs took 4 weeks to complete, but all I can say is --- it was worth the waitMy car looks brand new straight off the showroom floor. Had to get my Catalytic Converter replaced.Dan and John helped me and took the issue personally. It seems they truly understand that car issues come up when you need the car the most. They were super helpful. I moved into the area a year ago and this was my first time going to Kraftsmen Auto. They made sure I was able to get my car fixed for the best price and it was done quick. I could not be happier with our decision to use Kraftsman for our almost brand-new car repairs. Dan & John were true professionals. They kept me informed as the repairs were happening and about how they were conducting business with our insurance agent. Their front office was COVID safe (hand sanitizer, physical distancing, etc).
