💙 Some people leave a lasting impact from the very moment they walk through our doors. Lacie was one of those people.

From the first moment Lacie stepped into JARC, she inspired the people around her with her determination, spirit, and commitment to building a career in the skilled trades. As a JARC graduate, she became an important part of our community, and her story continues to inspire us today.

In Lacie’s memory, we established the Lacie Hexom Fund to help support the next generation of welders pursuing their careers through JARC.

The fund provides support for our welding trainees, helping them access career training and support services that can make a meaningful difference as they work toward their goals. Lacie believed in creating a future through skilled trades. Through this fund, her legacy continues to open doors for others who are taking that same first step. This Manufacturing Month, we’re honoring Lacie by continuing to invest in the people who are building their futures in manufacturing. 🥹💙

26 members of Team Freedman by Lippert laced up their running shoes and took part in the annual JPMorganChase Corporate Challenge, joining companies from across Chicagoland for an evening of teamwork, wellness, and community impact.

This year’s event supported Association House of Chicago, a Chicago-based organization dedicated to empowering individuals, supporting families, and strengthening communities through education, workforce development, behavioral health, and social services.

We’re proud of our team for representing Freedman and demonstrating what it means to be a business that gives back.

It's been one year since Lippert completed the acquisitions of Freedman Seating and Trans/Air Mfg.; two strategic additions that strengthened Lippert’s diversification across the transportation vehicle markets.

Together, these partnerships reflect Lippert’s commitment to expanding capabilities, unlocking new growth opportunities, and delivering greater value to customers under ONE Team, ONE Lippert.

As we recognize this milestone, we celebrate the momentum built over the past year and, most importantly, thank our dedicated team members at Freedman, Trans/Air, and across Lippert whose collaboration, expertise, and shared focus continue to turn strategy into impact as we build what’s next - 𝐭𝐨𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫.
