Attention Chicago boaters and Chicago United States license captains with charter boats. A company Boat Pass is accepting all types of people to get under their listing and they are going to solicit in Chicago. They are not even asking for a captains license. They do ask for a number of the license, but that is not good enough. I am rejecting now to get on Boat Pass company. Please stand strong so we can eliminate all these illegal charters, which virtually seems like an impossible task, Captain Bob.
