We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Inventory & Core Control Manager to take full ownership of our AAA vehicle battery inventory operations. This role is critical to maintaining accountability for new battery inventory, installed units, and returned core batteries across two warehouse facilities and 20+ installation trucks per day, supporting AAA members statewide.

This position requires strong accountability, accuracy, and the ability to manage high-volume inventory in a fast-paced environment.

Job description——

Track all returned core batteries from installation trucks daily
• Reconcile installed batteries vs. returned cores with zero tolerance for discrepancies
• Maintain accurate core logs and documentation
• Identify, investigate, and resolve missing or mismatched core batteries immediately
• Ensure cores are stored, staged, and prepared properly for pickup from AAA on Friday morning
• Enforce strict core accountability procedures with warehouse and field staff!!!!
