Recently, we found out that several third-party workshops are selling modifications parts for our products, especially power train modifications (motor, battery and controller unit etc.) for Light Bee Bike series, and the most frightening thing is these workshops name their products similar to our English brand name” SUR-RON” and advertised everywhere which confused the customers and made them believe that they are our official product. SUR-RON always put safety of customers as top priority, so we hereby declare that:
SUR-RON did not authorize any third-party to design, manufacture and sale any power train modifications. Modification, alterations, and installation of not genuine SUR-RON or SUR-RON authorized parts will void the warranty. SUR-RON will not take any responsibility for any problem arising from modification, alterations, and installation of the following (but not limited to) parts: motor, battery, controller unit, throttle, transmission system, brake system and suspension system, etc.
Any unauthorized or non-genuine SUR-RON parts especially power train modifications may damage the bike and cause serious consequences.
We here to kindly remind all our customers, to protect you and your property, please be carefully with unauthorized or non-genuine SUR-RON parts and try not use any power train modifications.
