At JL Automotive, we truly appreciate every single customer who walks through our doors. As a small family-owned business, we work hard every day to provide honest service, quality repairs, and treat everyone with the utmost respect and care — just like we would want our own family treated.
Unlike large corporations, small businesses like ours rely on timely payments to keep things running smoothly. We have employees, equipment, supplies, and monthly bills to pay too, and lately unpaid invoices have made things difficult.
We kindly ask that all invoices be paid at the time of vehicle pick-up whenever possible. Beginning after the first of each month, updated copies of unpaid invoices will be sent out as reminders for outstanding balances.
We understand that unexpected expenses happen, and we never want anyone to feel embarrassed about needing options. If payment cannot be made in full at pickup, we do offer financing through Synchrony where customers can apply for a credit card/payment option to help manage larger repairs.
We are incredibly thankful for the support this community has shown our family business over the years. Your support allows us to continue serving our friends, neighbors, and local families every day.
