FIRE PREVENTION OPEN HOUSE TONIGHT!

Come join us for our Annual Fire Prevention Open House!

Thursday, October 15, from 6 to 8 PM, the Lionville Fire Company is opening our doors to the community. Stop by for live demos, check out our fire trucks along with emergency vehicles from other local agencies, enter the kids' coloring contest, and enjoy some light food and refreshments.

This year's Fire Prevention Week theme is "Charge into Fire Safety: Safe Charging Is a Superpower," focused on safe charging habits for phones, e-bikes, scooters, and other battery-powered devices. Come pick up a few tips to keep your family safe.

We impounded this one late this afternoon. I was quite surprised when we were shown that the vehicle had been towing a loaded trailer from out of state with no brake caliper on the left rear. Both truck and trailer were put out of service and impounded. We had to dust off our fifth wheel attachment to tow the trailer.
