We recently assisted a new customer with a 2010 Ford Focus that had a locked ignition cylinder. Following confirmation of internal damage, we efficiently replaced the damaged lock cylinder with a new one, matching it to the factory key to maintain single-key operation and get the vehicle back on the road. With zero inconvenience to the customer the whole procedure was performed right in their driveway saing money, not having to tow the vehicle.
