Here at Flawless Detailing, we go above and beyond ~ customer satisfaction is always our number one priority! A little introduction is always necessary, so here's some backstory of how we got to where we are now. Our Owner/Lead Detailer, Michael Long, has been detailing for 7+ years. He started with yacht/boat detailing out in Fort Myers, Florida and worked his way to Northern Michigan, finding an
other passion in automotive detailing. He set his goal towards owning his own shop, and now here he is! Our Office Manager/Secondary Detailer, Jayme Carlson, is a MI native and has been cleaning houses for 10+ years. She helps out around the shop when she's not running her business in Harbor Springs or tending to our 2 children (14 & 4). We run both of our businesses out of our home office in Harbor Springs, and our auto detailing shop is run out of Cheboygan. We love what we do, and we're so excited to show you what we're all about!
