Our final count is in: 44 backpacks collected for Classroom Central’s Tools for School drive. 🎒💛

But this was never just about reaching a number. Every backpack represents a local student beginning the school year with the supplies they need—and knowing their community is behind them.

To everyone who donated, shared our posts, became a new customer or helped spread the word: thank you. This final delivery was made possible by all of you, and we’re incredibly grateful to be part of a community that continues to show up for local students.

21 Years in the Shop: What advice would you give to someone wanting to open their own business?

After 21 years in business, Todd’s advice is simple: know your numbers before you open your doors.

Have a plan. Understand your business and personal expenses, know what it will take to support yourself, and build your sales goals around those numbers. Learn how to read a balance sheet, cash-flow statement, and profit-and-loss statement—and take advantage of resources like QuickBooks classes, YouTube, Google, and AI.

Passion may inspire you to start, but understanding the finances is what helps you stay in business.

Customer concern: A clicking and popping noise coming from the front of the vehicle. 🔊

The problem: The stabilizer link pins were extremely worn, with bushings damaged/missing.

These links help keep the vehicle stable during turns and over bumps, so when they wear out, you’ll often hear clunking, clicking, or popping from the suspension.

Unusual noises are your vehicle’s way of asking for an inspection. Catching worn suspension parts early can help prevent additional damage and keep your vehicle handling safely. 🔧

And we’re not quite done yet! We have 3 more days to collect school supplies and donations for Classroom Central.
