Subject: Thank You for 16 Years of Support
Dear Friends and Valued Customers,
After much thought, I’ve made the difficult decision to close the doors of my Canvas business over the coming weeks. Changes in the workforce and the realities of training new employees — which can take up to a year — have made it no longer sustainable for me to operate at the same level you’ve known.
For 16 years, I’ve had the privilege of working on challenging, rewarding projects and building lasting relationships with so many of you. Your trust in my skills and your support over the years have meant more than I can express. Every project, every conversation, every handshake has been part of a journey I’ll always treasure.
While I will still be available for limited repairs in the near future, this marks the beginning of a new chapter. I’m grateful for the opportunities you’ve given me, the lessons I’ve learned, and the friendships formed along the way.
