2010 BMW 528i dropped off with no check engine light on, but the customer advised it had sluggish power response. Customer requested an oil change service as well as a tune up. Customer also requested front brake pad service be performed due to a brake light being on. Completed all requested repairs, however during the oil change, found there was no basket inside the oil cap. Customer brought a new one, and i completed the service. Customer was made aware of the damaged brake pad sensor found, which will remove that light. Test drive vehicle and power has now returned. Without the basket inside the oil cap, nothing was holding the filter in place, and oil pressure was too low to make power. Welp, it’s all good now and customer is overly happy!! Just another Behonest repair from yours truly 👊🏽👊🏽👊🏽
