Arguably one of the most coveted Carrera iterations of the 2010s era was, ironically, one of the least favored specifications when new. A global financial meltdown, coupled with the introduction of the then all new PDK transmission, led to very few three pedal 997.2 C4S cars being produced. This Spanish market Defender was refurbished by “Reborn” Defenders of Málaga, Spain. Dubbed the “La Rioja” Commission, this example underwent a 12-month refurbishment from 2022-2023. Prior to restoration, the Defender was owned by a grape farmer in the La Rioja region of northern Spain, who used the vehicle to tend to his vineyards.

The exterior was stripped and refinished in Brooklyn Grey Metallic and the interior was re-trimmed with Mocha Brown Alcantara. Modern amenities include Marshal audio components, back up cameras integrated in the rear view mirror and center display, and Apple CarPlay. In addition, the suspension, 4-wheel disk brakes, and running components were completely overhauled. The Land Rover is powered by a 4-cylinder turbo diesel mated by a 5-speed manual transmission.

Finished in Meteor Grey Metallic over black 𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐥 leather, this car is incredibly well preserved and presents the final iteration of the 997. Full leather 18 -way hardback seats w/ contrast stitch( incl seat backs) Sport chrono package, Bose, & much more.

Power comes from the incredibly robust 3.8 L 9A1 engine paired with 7spd PDK. In our view, the 7.2 4S widebody rear end without spoiler ( Turbo, 3/2rs) is one of the most iconic 911 business ends of all time. These cars have a bright future. Perfect daily with modern creature comforts yet athletic enough for a mountain run with friends. Getting harder and harder to find 997 with this mileage/ condition. This one is pending sale. 2018 Porsche 991.2 GT3 is now 𝐒𝐎𝐋𝐃 and headed to its new owner in Ohio. Finished in Miami Blue 🔵 over Black leather, this example was optioned with 918 LWB carbon bucket seats, front axle lift, and the six speed gearbox. Showing just 21k miles from -new, it checks all the right boxes on paper.

In reality, though, it is a collector’s worst nightmare. And that is exactly what makes it awesome!

Earlier in its life, the car was involved in an on track incident. The DME report shows ignitions in ranges 1 through 6. It was later sold and properly rebuilt here in the Charlotte area. Work included a full re -tub, new fenders, and an OEM 1.2 GT3 RS front bumper cover. We provided a comprehensive gallery of the rebuild process along with a fresh alignment sheet within OEM specifications.

To address overrev concerns, engine health was verified with an in-house leakdown and compression test, yielding excellent results.

The end result? The buyer secured what is otherwise a $225k car at roughly ~40% off.

There was a time when GT3/ RS cars were bought for one purpose: the racetrack. Prior to the 991 era, CXX, PTS, ADM, and DME scrutiny were not the norm. Think 996 and 997 generation cars. Most have a story or two. They were tracked, sometimes crashed, repaired, and tracked again.

While this car is not for everyone...But for the drivers priced out by today’s premiums, do your due diligence, buy the car with a story, and enjoy it worry free — just as Dr. Ferdi intended 🤟

1996 Porsche 993 C2

996.2 GT3 🇩🇪 ( SOLD)

2004 Porsche 996.2 GT3 finished in Speed Yellow 💛 over black leather. Noteworthy options include Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes ( PCCB) , SY Belts, Xenon headlights, and full climate control. This car will be staying in Charlotte.

Prior to delivery, we performed a GT3 center console delete, flushed the brake system with Castrol SRF, Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 , alignment, and an oil service. From there the car received a front nose PPF . Protected and serviced for track days ahead, where the car belongs.

Cheater 911.

There’s no question 911s of all variants have become out of reach for many enthusiasts. Everybody wants a three -pedal coupe. So let’s play that game with $50k to spend in 2026. You’re not quite able to look past the runny egg headlights. You’re also not ready to tackle the 911SC project with two decades of deferred maintenance. You don’t want a car in a major wreck, or a boatload of miles. *We present you the 997.1 base C2.* Recently we were reminded of just how charming these cars are. An excellent hydraulic steering rack, a stereo system that well works from the factory with CarPlay easily retrofitted, heated seats, adaptive headlights. Yet still old enough to feel exciting and rewarding. The power will surprise you . Sticking with a rwd, manual variant, weight comes in just above ~ 3100 lbs. We’ve found these cars don’t suffer from bore scoring anywhere close to their 3.8L counterparts, as added peace of mind.
