1989 964 C4 cosmetic and mechanical restoration 💎
While our main focus is paint corrections and ceramic coatings, we enjoy our longer term projects as well. We have spent years cosmetically and mechanically restoring our own personal BMW's and Porsche's, which is exactly the treatment this C4 was sent in for.
It was discovered shortly after purchase that this 1989 964 wasn't exactly up-to-snuff with what the seller had described and most of the engine accessories were original and very tired or broken. We disassembled the engine bay, updated everything to new, installed new genuine Porsche hardware, upgraded to owners requests, and cosmetically refreshed everything we could. There is a night and day visual difference now, but also in the way the car drives and responds.
This was roughly a year-long project, working between shipment windows for parts that had to arrive from Germany. Our availability for this level of service is currently limited to two builds per year. We have one spot open with a November in-take date.
