This 26 6.7 only has 500 miles on it and is getting a DCR conversion to make it even more reliable! It doesn’t matter if your 6.7 has 1 or 200k miles, a DCR is always a great upgrade!!!

Had a truck with a failing HPOP this week, a stock one would have taken days to get, got this upgraded billet aluminum pump in a days time and for almost the same cost, truck is back to running great again!

Just finished up a fuel system and DCR conversion on a 2019 F250! Truck came in not running, died while driving, we found the CP4 decided it wanted to come apart. With the DCR this customer doesn’t have to worry about a repeat failure of this kind. If you are still running a CP4 in your 6.7 we highly recommend converting to a DCR.

Had a 6.0 come to us for lost power and died, truck now would not start. Found the ICP was too low and an air test determined the HPOP had failed. Replaced HPOP, got it back to running good but now had a hot no start. Air test did not show a leak, inspected and replaced stand pipes with no change, after trying a few more things ended up tearing it down to the valve covers and leaving them on with a few bolts, after running to get it hot again removed covers and cranked while watching for leaks, found every injector leaking at their exhaust ports, replaced all 8 injectors and it’s back to starting and running like it should! Expensive and time-consuming fix but sometimes that’s just how it goes.

Customer took truck to a local dealer, they told him the fuel was contaminated and would need an entire fuel system at $15k, for one that’s way too much for that repair. Brought it to us and we had it running within 10 minutes, didn’t even have to plug the laptop in to figure this one out, when turning the key on the fuel pump never came on, traced it to this bad fuse. I honestly don’t think they did any diag at all. Make sure you use someone you can trust, you don’t have to worry about that with us.

Got a 2021 6.7 in with an upper oil pan leak, these were redesigned in 2020 so this will be new to us as most still get fixed under warranty, will post some pics when we get it apart!!
