Autobahn Collision is looking for a qualified, hands-on, and highly experienced Collision Center Manager for our Chandler, Arizona (Phoenix) location. Our state-of-the-art, fully equipped I-Car Gold, completely air-conditioned facility holds manufacturer certifications for Audi, Porsche, Volvo, Subaru, and Toyota. The facility is supported by our six Phoenix-based automotive franchises, used vehicle reconditioning, and tremendous referral client network.

Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of proven collision center management experience, be fully versed in CCC software applications, possess I-Car certifications, understand lean production processes and vehicle blueprinting, and be familiar with manufacturer certification programs. Impeccable references and the ability to manage a team effectively are essential.

Work schedule:
Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 5:00pm

Auto Body Technician Responsibilities:

- Develop a proper and safe repair plan for each vehicle
- Diagnose and repair or replace collision and corrosion damaged body, frame, and suspension components according to manufacturer specifications and company standards
- Perform repairs to steel, aluminum, fiberglass, composite, and plastic body panels
- Fill damaged areas of body panels and grind or sand smooth
- Work in harmony with the production schedule to include meet deadlines
- Properly complete light to heavy repairs, including structural work
- Maintain work area appearance and safety

Body Shop Technician Qualifications:

- 5+ years auto body technician experience in a collision repair facility required
- I-CAR Platinum and ASE Certifications preferred
- Aluminum welding certifications preferred
- Process driven, motivated and have outstanding attention to detail
- Must possess an AZ valid driver’s license with clean driving record, pass an extensive personal background check, and successfully complete a mandatory drug screen. We are a Drug Free, To***co Free, Non-Smoking (including e-cigarettes) company and Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
