After 25 years in automotive finance, I have made the hardest and easiest choice I have ever made professionally. While, leaving the car business was so hard because of all the wonderful people that I have met and worked with and for and because it was “all that I knew”. Looking at my children and wife and choosing THEM to be first was easy. So, I will apply what I know and what I have experienced myself in my home purchases and refinances to make myself the best Mortgage LO that I can. The drive and persistence to ensure that every loan I do gets done quickly with communication at every step that I learned from the car business. With the transparency that I craved when I was doing my own personal loans. I ensure you an experience that you have never had before. If there is something that I have learned is that you MUST EARN your keep. You must elevate the experience for the consumer. Whether you are the buyer or the relator, I cannot support my family without YOU. YOU are the first thing that most “Bankers” forget. They will so easily get caught up in the minutia or just simply CLOSING AT ALL COSTS. If there is one thing that I have always been proud of within myself is that I have ALWAYS PUSHED to put the client first. A little about me and my “style”
I am a highly energetic and creative person that always leads by example. I have found that failing people will push their outcomes or push their customers, those who strive for excellence in lending do just that, LEND. Not just lend DOLLARS, but lending TIME, lending an EAR, lending a shoulder, LENDING THEMSELVES. Showing up! At the end of the day, borrowing sometimes HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS can be terrifying. I will never be hesitant to get in and be there with you side by side to complete your loan. Proudly, I am working with a company that shares the same expectation that I have so, then it becomes more organic and takes on a life of success on its own. My goal is to always improve myself and learn from those around me. The day that you believe you know everything is the day that you know nothing. Choosing to work with quality people is key. I feel that surrounding yourself with great people who are diversified and come from all walks of life will make you better.
