Make sure your phones are charged, weather alerts are turned on, flashlights have batteries, and you know where you’ll shelter if a tornado warning is issued. If you have family, friends, or neighbors who may not get the alerts, check in on them as well.

A few minutes of preparation can make a huge difference when storms move in quickly.
