This weekend I got my butt kicked by a paint booth 😂. Most of the framing is done downstairs now, working on outlets and lighting as well.

After two days of hard work the paint booth was torn down and loaded up.
Big thanks to Mike for all the help on Friday and Dad for all the help today!

Now to get it all cleaned up and put back together in the new shop!!

I’ve been busy with life and the new shop build lately but I did get the rear 1/4 in primer yesterday after removing over 1/2” of bondo and reworking the shoddy metal work from a previous shop.
The Ulterior Motives flares are all welded up now and looking sharp!

Setting up a little machine work for a local Offroad shop tonight, milling some flats on a couple jeep transfer case shafts.
I even got to use the threaded jack that I made in shop class back in high school 😁
The Bridgeport is a 1958 J head that was bought new by a company I used to work for.
They used it in the tool room until around 2009. It was headed for scrap so I brought it home and rebuilt it in 2009-2010.

Now that concrete is poured, next week the walls will be getting 3” of closed cell spray foam insulation.
I really need to decide soon on HVAC.
Located in southern PA.
What are others using to keep about 4000 sq/ft of shop space and 1000 sq/ft of office/mancave space comfortable in the summer and winter?

Big day at the new shop today!!!
9 cement trucks, 89 yards, it looks amazing, next step is spray foam insulation.
