In preparation for this weeks Northwest Karting Association Super Cup (sponsored by Burly Products) event, please see the “FYI” sheet. It has the locations of RV dump stations, where to get water, and a few other places that might be helpful for those that are not familiar with the area. Hopefully this helps make planning a bit easier for you guys! This list was prepped in 2024, all the same businesses exist in the listed locations. However, please do your due diligence as there may be unannounced maintenance and/or price increases.

🏨 ACCOMMODATIONS PSA!

There are approximately 30 rooms left at the closest hotel, the Best Western in White City… just a quick 5 minutes from the track! If you're planning to stay, now's the time to reserve your room!

Also, for those interested in camping, we have trackside campers available for rent! They'll be all set up and ready for you; you will need to provide gas for the generator. Don't wait too long though, as supplies are limited! To reserve a trackside camper, please get in touch with Augie ASAP!

Hello ! For those who still have not registered for the 2026 SOKA membership, please visit the link below to do so. All memberships must be completed via Alpha Timing, online. If you haven't yet, you will need to set up an account. This is also how all driver registration and timing/scoring will be done for local club events.

Membership Type(s):
* Single Membership: $175.00
* Family Membership Add-on: $50 per additional driver
Up to 3 drivers
-Must be immediate family (residing at the same address or child under the age of 18 years old). You must be the legal guardian of any minor you are registering
-You will be required to fill out a driver profile for each driver on your membership, just follow the prompts.

Membership Perks:
*SOKA apparel:
-FREE t-shirt (in March) OR Upgrade to a sweatshirt for an additional $25 (at the banquet)
-Driver fees will be $60 per race weekend (see event schedule for dates). Non-member race weekend pricing will be $80 per weekend.

*EARLY BIRD Perks:
If purchased BEFORE February 28th, 2026 your driver entry to the March Test & Tune weekend will be free!

That is up to a $205 season savings!
