When we deliver a new home, every step of the construction process is inspected by the state to ensure it meets all required standards. At Austin Homes, we believe in going above and beyond those requirements; starting with the very foundation of your home.

Before construction begins, our Field Manager visits every homesite to conduct a thorough site evaluation. From there, we partner with Stone Excavating, whose team does outstanding work preparing the site pouring concrete footers.

Take a look at these photos from past projects showing the concrete piers and perimeter footers beneath homes we've delivered. You'll notice the amount of concrete poured exceeds state minimum requirements, providing a stronger foundation and greater peace of mind for our homeowners.
