Holy WOW!

300 MPH TO THE EIGHTH! Mike Salinas’s Top Fuel dragster is the first piston car in history to 300 MPH in the 1/8-mile, having run 300.80 mph in 660 feet at the NHRA Carolina Nationals at Zmax Dragway minutes ago! It was 2.936 to 660 and out the back at 3.647 at 338 mph. Congrats Rob Flynn! “We fired everything we could think of at it and thank goodness it stuck.” (Pic is obviously Norwalk)
