We are looking for a professional and customer service-oriented manager to help oversee daily operations at our automotive repair store. As a manager, you will supervise the operational and organizational standards of the store. Your duties will include undertaking administrative tasks, creating and providing customers with automotive repair estimates, monitoring inventory, training staff, and developing business strategies.
The ideal candidate must have management experience, be able to improve customer satisfaction, and meet monthly sales goals. In addition to being an excellent communicator and go getter, you should also demonstrate outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Provide comprehensive and accurate automotive repair estimates
Motivate the team to meet objectives by training and mentoring staff.
Create business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.
Hire, train, and oversee new staff.
Respond and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations.
Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
Monitor inventory levels and order new items.
Work closely with the Officers, HR, Accounting, Marketing, and Sales.
Requirements:
Automotive body repair industry experience.
High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a managerial role.
Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation:
· Starting salary of $50k to $70k based on proven management track record.
