73 road runner down for an entire paint correction! Ooohhhh man I don’t even know where to begin! This is my brothers car, and someone had painted it like 7 years ago and It didn’t come out very nice. There were a lot of spots that got missed and over all the paint was so dull looking and had bunch of orange peel. My brother got discouraged and threw it in the shed until recently was brought back out to get finished. Lil J came thro and straightened this whole project out! I’m talking weeks and hours of wet sanding and buffing what I could save! I did lime green raptor liner along the bottom and inside the doors, also under the trunk and hood too. Then all that got painted to match. Unfortunately I had to repaint the entire hood, it was not saveable. The dash and other various pieces got painted to match too!
I mean the amouth of orange peel and primer showing everywhere I was really debating spraying the whole car, but the funds were spent on the first paint job and this was a save what I could basis. But thro it all 1973 is looking good again 👌
