Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-oriented individual to join our paintless dent repair company as a Front Desk Representative. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction and delivering exceptional service. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the front desk operations efficiently and provide administrative support to the entire team.
Pay:
$𝟏𝟖-𝟐𝟐 𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐫 based on experience with room to increase.
Expectations:
Monday thru Friday 9AM - 5PM (𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐥 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞).
Responsibilities:
1. Greet and welcome customers as they arrive at the front desk with a warm and professional demeanor.
2. Provide accurate information about our paintless dent repair services, pricing, and any relevant promotions to customers.
3. Schedule appointments, ensuring optimal time management for our technicians and avoiding any scheduling conflicts.
4. Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and handle customer concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
5. Collect customer information and update our database with accurate details for future reference.
6. Assist customers with paperwork, including the completion of necessary forms and insurance claims.
7. Coordinate with the repair technicians to ensure a smooth workflow and timely completion of repairs.
8. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including managing inventory of office supplies and promotional materials.
9. Process payments and provide customers with receipts, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
10. Collaborate with the management team to implement and improve customer service procedures and policies.
Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service or administration is a plus.
2. Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive or related industry.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and resolve issues effectively.
4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle various administrative tasks simultaneously.
5. Proficiency in using computer systems, including basic knowledge of software such as MS Office Suite and scheduling/calendar applications.
6. Attention to detail and accuracy when handling paperwork, payments, and customer information.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, remain calm under pressure, and adapt to changing priorities.
8. Knowledge of paintless dent repair processes and terminology is desirable but not mandatory.
9. Knowledge of auto insurance and the process of submitting estimates, supplements, and speaking with insurance adjusters is desirable but not mandatory.
