HWY 23 is closed between Osky and Cedar, in order to avoid gravel you will have to go to Eddyville,past the high school, head east then north. The other option is Rose Hill then south on the airport rd to 23 and then west to Cedar. Thanks for your patience, Dave @ Cedar Bike Repair
