Happy 5-Year Work Anniversary, Leah! 🎉
Over the last five years, we've watched her go from a CSR in Greenville, to a Collision Advisor in Cedar Springs, and now into her newest role as our Centralized Parts Assistant, helping support all seven Car Center locations!
Leah is a great example of our "Grow or Die" core value. She's never been afraid to jump into something new, ask questions, learn, and figure it out. And her new role really brings together so much of what she's learned over the last five years. She has to think like a leader, understand an estimate like an advisor, and recognize the different needs of seven locations all while helping keep things moving behind the scenes. One thing that hasn't changed through any of her roles is how much Leah cares about people. Whether it's a customer who needs to feel taken care of or a teammate who needs a hand, Leah wants to help.
And after recently welcoming her first baby, we're extra happy to have her back! A new baby, a new role, and five years with Car Center there's a lot worth celebrating for Leah right now. We're excited to see you take on this next chapter. 🎉
