🚨 IMPORTANT SCHEDULING UPDATE FOR ALL CUSTOMERS 🚨
We want to make sure everyone is clear on how our full-vehicle appointments work so there are no misunderstandings when you drop your vehicle off.
🚗 ALL FULL-VEHICLE TINT JOBS ARE DROP-OFF AT 9:00 AM AND PICKUP AT 5:00 PM.
We do multiple vehicles throughout the day, and every vehicle can take a different amount of time depending on the condition of the windows, removal of old tint, installation, detailing, curing, and any unexpected issues that come up.
If your vehicle happens to be finished early, we will absolutely let you know. But please do not schedule your appointment assuming we'll call you early or that your vehicle will be ready at a specific time before 5 PM.
Today, we had a customer become irritated because their vehicle wasn't finished as early as they expected, even though they were told we would call when it was completed. This is exactly why we're making this post.
⏰ If you have somewhere you need to be, another appointment, work, or other plans that require your vehicle at a certain time, please schedule with us on a day when you can leave the vehicle with us for the full day.
We take pride in doing the job correctly rather than rushing through vehicles just to get them out the door. We appreciate everyone's understanding and respect for the schedule! 🙏
9 AM DROP-OFF → 5 PM PICKUP
If it's ready earlier, we'll call you. Otherwise, plan on pickup at 5 PM. 👍
