Once again Waste Management missed our trash collection last week. We received an automated call this morning saying they will be here today. We apologize for the inconvenience and are working towards a permanent solution.

We are leaving the main office unlocked this weekend. If your water or sewer lines freeze up in this severe cold, your welcome to use the office facilities so nobody goes without until they get fixed up.

There are also a selection of homes that are for sale by owners. We even have a couple “handyman specials” where you can own your home for Pennie’s on the dollar!!

Residents:
We are aware that Waste Managment did not come and pick up garbage on Saturday as their online schedule said. We have sent the notices up and unfortunately being Sunday, the soonest we will receive a reply is on Monday. We will stay on top of this until provided a solution. Thank you for your patience

Wanna see something scary? Steve decided to check his water heater elements because the hot water was not lasting very long.. this is what he found in the bottom element last night!

All fixed now! The kit costs about 40 bucks at Menards. You will need a shop vac too! We pulled over 27 lbs of sediment from the tank!! Don’t let this be you!!
