When we came in on a blistering cold Monday morning to THIS in the voicemails, it warmed us up from the heart out!
Since opening up our doors over five years ago now, we have never once had to advertise. No marketing promotions, no ads placed in paper or radio. Because of you simply spreading the word as to how well you were cared for here by this honest, knowledgeable team.
We just love hearing you tell us how your neighbor said this was the place to go, or your folks said this was where you'd be taken care of instead of taken advantage of.
It's true that prices of everything these days seems to be going up. Parts are more expensive, and even keeping our doors open is costing significantly more than when we began.
But we are a family here, and a value we hold dear in our personal lives and in our business is honesty.
🚗 We won't tell you a repair is essential if it isn't, nor will we try to tell you that you need something you don't.
🚗 We won't add extra charges just for the heck of it.
🚗 We will give estimates and recommendations the same as we would suggest for our own vehicles, prioritizing your safety and the longevity of your vehicle.
🚗 We will do our best to get your repairs done as quickly as we are able, and communicate thoroughly so you fully understand what's going on with it.
🚗 We keep an atmosphere of being welcoming to all in our office and believe strongly in the golden rule.
