Went for a motorcycle ride yesterday and had Born to be Wild playing on the radio. So you can kinda guess where I ended up. Yup…..Palenville. The original Wild West of Greene County.

I drove around the town and there’s so many great memories there. Cheers to my extended family of Palenville and to new friends I have found along the way.

It starts with a 200,000 car. Ava graduated high school so it’s her turn to drive cross country with me and pick all of her destinations. I get to pick one stop. I’m hoping to get ribs from the place Klinger from Mash talked about. Anyone remember the name?
I’m pretty sure she is bringing a friend, but not sure yet. I hope it’s not like the last trip. A 5 State Trooper car pull over because my son and my nephew decided to smoke a joint in the rest stop bathroom because it was to windy outside to light it up.
